몇번이나 통화해볼려다가 짧은 영어 + 지지직 거리는 통신환경때문에 멘탈이 터져서 글 올리네요 ㅠㅠ

After that, the carrier sends your parcel back to the returns facility, where it will be credited back to your account. Once it shows that your package is delivered to Tennissee, that means it has reached our returns facility. If it is delivered elsewhere, I will need to send you a return label. When I research your account, it says it is on hold. This means it will not let me see any information. To release the hold on your account, please call: 1 800-****-**** as I am unable to release it, and cannot see the information about your parcel until your account is no longer on hold. Sorry for any convenience, but it does not display any information as to why, and I am unable to release it.
대충 보니 제 카드 계정에 문제가 생겼으니 전화를 해서 hold 된걸 풀고 refund를 진행하라는데...
무슨 소린지 감이 안오네요...
그래서 이렇게 도움 요청드립니다.
일단 5만원인데 너무 일이 복잡해지거나 전화하는게 너무 힘들면(델의 악명;;) 좀더 드릴 수 있습니다.
