예전에 알리에서 폰케이스 해외구매해보고 이번에 두번째로 해보는건데요...
지금 주문한지 20일도 지났고... 같은날짜에 주문하신분들 중에 이미 받은분들도 계시길래 불안해서 도움을 요청합니다...ㅠㅠ

6/28에 체인리액션에서 울테브레이크, 클릿페달, 반장갑을 주문했었습니다...
주문한 날 바로 쉽뜨고 디스패치 메일 날아왔구요...
당연히 오겠거니하고 쭉 기다렸습니다...
그 뒤... 6/28에 울테브레이크를 주문하신 여러 뽐뻐분들이 물건 도착했다고 7/11에 게시글들을 올려주셨습니다...
전 집이 부산이라 며칠 늦는가보다 생각하고 계속 기다렸는데요... 그렇게 일주일이 더 지났는데 아직 아무 소식이 없습니다...
자포글 검색을 통해서 구역마다 담당집배원이 있다는 글을 봤고 그 글에선 집배원분이 문 앞에 소포를 두고 가셨다고 되있어서
어제 우체국을 찾아가서 집배원분 번호를 받아서 연락을 했지만, 최근에 외국에서 온 소포는 전혀 없었다고 합니다.
(만약에 있더라도 경비실에 맡기지 문 앞에 두고가거나 하진 않는다고 하시네요.)
돌아오면서 경비실에도 확인했지만 국제소포는 하나도 오지 않았다고 합니다.
그래서 체인리액션 홈페이지에 들어가봤는데 Customer Service에 Order Problems 메뉴가 있길래...
제 영어를 잘 못해서...구글번역기를 통해 글을 읽어보고

라는 문구가 제 해당사항인 것 같아 눌렀더니 메일 양식이 떠서 그대로 전송을 했습니다...
그 뒤 곧바로 답장이 날아왔구요... 내용은 다음과 같습니다

If you’ve already checked the above and the parcel still hasn’t arrived after 15 full working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch, please complete the attached form to confirm to us that your order has been lost in the post. This is the maximum time that you will be asked to wait before we take action, and your parcel may still be delivered before this date.
South American Deliveries
Due to high volumes of orders being processed through Customs in South American countries, we ask you to allow 30 working days for the delivery of your order. This is the maximum time that you will be asked to wait before we take action, and your parcel may still be delivered before this date.
Once the expected delivery has passed the 30 working days, simply reply to this email including the completed form. Once we have received your completed Lost in Post Declaration we can send a replacement order to you. To allow us to do this please confirm your full delivery address.
Russian Deliveries
Due to ongoing delays with Russian Post and customs, we ask you to allow 45 working days for the delivery of your order. This is the maximum time that you will be asked to wait before we take action, and your parcel may still be delivered before this date.
Please reply to this email including the completed form. Once we have received your completed Lost in Post Declaration we can send a replacement order to you. To allow us to do this please confirm your full delivery address.

ㅠㅠ 구글번역기를 돌려도 무슨말인지 잘 모르겠습니다...
여러 경우에 대한 대처방법들인것 같은데...
저한테 해당하는 경우가 있는건지... 있다면 어떻게 해야되는건지...
첨부파일도 하나왔었는데요... 이거 내용 적어서 다시 보내면 되는건지요...? (파일 첨부했습니다...)
그냥 좀 더 비싸더라도 국내에서 구매할 껄 괜히 한건가 싶기도하고...ㅠㅠ

사실 이런 것 때문에 국제우편은 몇 배 비싸도 그냥 페덱스 쓰고 맙니다.. 로스트도 생각보다 많고, 꼬여서 석달 뒤에 날아온 우편물도 두어 번 받아봤습니다.
