Returns Policy:
Any item, including bikes (but with the exception of food, videos, RideIt! events, DVD’s, face masks and software) can be returned to us for any reason provided it has not been used or fitted and returned within its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. Returns can be made at any Evans Cycles store and not just the one purchased at* View our store page online for details of our stores. To return your item by post please complete our online returns form once submitted you will be emailed a returns address label with a unique ID number to affix to your parcel. Please insert your proof of purchase into the package and return to us. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund.
