여기서 완성된 폼의 문서를 보내달라고 하는 것 같은데 전 이미 서류 작성해서 싸인 후 사진찍어서 올렸는데
환불을 위한 다른 형식의 폼이 있는건가요?
아니면 제가 첨부한 서류가 잘못되어 다시 보내라는 것인가요...?
