This was despatched on the 27.08 via AirMail and should be with you shortly. Unfortunately, tracking is not available with this service. Despite our best efforts to have your package delivered within the suggested time frame, as per your despatch confirmation email, delays may occur when clearing customs.
If you've not received your order within the suggested time frame, please check with your neighbours and local post office to ensure no parcel(s) are being held for you.
If you have no luck, please let us know at the end of 24.09, we will open an investigation for the failed delivery. I hope this is okay and apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
