프바킷 주문취소 해보신분 조언 부탁드립니다.6

얼마전에 프바킷에서 주문을 잘못해서 주문취소 요청을 했는데

이미 결제는 되었고 디스패치까지 떳었는데  물건 보냈다고 주문취소를 못한다 이런 메일도 왔었는데

오늘 메일을 보니  반환접수가 되었다는 메일이 왔는데요 뭘 어떻게 해야되는가해서요??

처음이라 ;;;;

그냥 환불이 될때까지 기다리면 되는것인지??  따로 무언가를 요청해야하는지 아시는분 계시면 조언 부탁드려요..

메일 내용은 이렇습니다.  이내용이 물건을 보냈으니 받으면 다시 돌려 보내라 이런건가요???

All instructions on how to proceed can be found within the attached document which provides you with our returns form and address label. You will also need to include the completed returns form with your item(s). This will help us to process your return as quickly as possible. 

Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a service which insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.

As soon as the item is confirmed back into our warehouse we can process your return for you.
