저는 그제 다시 배송확인 요청을 했었는데요, 아래와 같은 답변이 왔어요.
Dear Customer, Our most sincere apologies for the trouble. We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP. As soon as we have any information about this shipping issue our Transport Department will contact you back. This should not take longer than 5 to 7 working days since we need to give some time to the Delivery Company to start investigating your case.
1월 14일에 결제한 이후 어느덧 2달이 흘렀는데
이제와서 환불하자니
기다린 시간이 아까워서요,
일단 현재 배상상태가 어떤지 확인을 한 이후에
최종 결종을 하렵니다.
저도 2달인데 아쉽습니다.
