아마존 해외직구 초보인데 질문드려요.

'Your Amazon.com order cannot be shipped' 이런 제목의 메일이 날아오더니

For your protection, your Amazon account was suspended due to unusual activity on it. As such, your order is cancelled.  

You should have already received a separate email describing what we need to help you unlock your account. Please follow instructions there and contact us if you have any further concerns.

라고 하더군요. 

처음에는 무슨 일을 했길래 unusual activity에 해당하는지 알 수가 없어서 일단 주문이 취소가 되었다는 것만 확인했고 접속해서 주소하고 이런저런 항목에 대답을 다 했습니다.

조금 뒤 다시 메일이 왔습니다. 이번엔 'Your Amazon account: response required'의 제목이었구요.

이제서야 unusual activity가 제가 추가한 결제수단에 문제가 있었음을 알게 되었습니다. 다시 링크에 들어가서 확인해보니 이번에는 '제출한 정보를 검토했지만 계정 보류를 해제하기에는 충분하지 않았습니다. 가장 최근 주문에 사용하신 결제 수단을 사용할 권한이 있었다는 사실을 인증하는 문서를 아래에 제출하십시오.'가 되어있더군요. 

아마존 사용하시는 분들께 여쭤봅니다. 추가한 카드가 제 명의인 것을 증명하기 위해서는 어떤 자료들이 필요한가요? 제가 그냥 저 요청에 답변을 하지 않으면 처음에 취소되었던 주문에는 영향이 가지 않을까요? 이거에 너무 많은 신경을 써서 직구로 야숨을 구매하는 것은 포기할까싶은데, 취소된 결제가 살아나서 돈이 빠져나갈지 그걸 가늠을 하지 못해서 이렇게 질문드립니다.
