While you should receive credits for sponsor apps right away, sometimes it can take up to a day. We ask that you please be patient as the credits may arrive shortly.
If you are still not receiving credits, there may be a couple of different reasons why. Please confirm that you have completed all of the necessary steps in order to receive your credits.
1. Make sure that you have clicked on the sponsor app on FreeMyApps.com to be redirected to the app store (Apple or Google Play) and did not download directly from the app store.
2. Make sure you open the app for at least 30 seconds, and register if necessary
- Some apps may require that you use it for longer than 30 seconds or that you reach a certain level before credits are paid out. Make sure to read the app descriptions carefully!
3. The apps must be opened within 48 hours of downloading them to earn credits!
4. If an app has already been downloaded to your device at any time outside of FreeMyApps, you will not be able to earn credit for it when you re-download it through FreeMyApps.
5. If you are using a brand new device and you have restored it from a back-up you will not receive credits until you delete your cookies and re-enroll in FreeMyApps. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but your credits are linked to your individual device and cannot be transferred or shared with another device.
Please note that re-downloading an app or clearing your cookies (iOS only) will not help you earn credits.
