Get a $300 gift card with trade of an iPhone 5S and $200 gift cards with the trade-in of working iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5C, with eligible upgrade or two-year contract. The offer is good through Sept. 30. The carrier is also offering early upgrades in some instances. Call to see if you're eligible.
AT&T is offering $300 in minimum trade-in credit for working iPhone 5S and $200 credits for iPhone 4, 4S, 5 and 5C. The carrier will accept one trade per eligible upgrade. You can apply the credit to any Apple smartphone model. The offer runs through Sept. 30. Stores are opening at 8 a.m. Friday.
