블랙...
너무나 유명한 인도의 감동 유발 영화이다. 2005년 만들어졌지만 국내에는 2009년에 소개가 된 작품. 이 영화를 처음 접하고선 미셀의 역을 한 두 명의 여배우(아역/성인)의 연기력에 놀라움을 금할수 없었다. 물론 사하이 선생역의 아미타비 밧찬 역시 대단했지만..
헬렌켈러를 연상시키는 캄캄한 어둠만의 이 소녀가 단순히 대학을 졸업한다는 입지전적인 이야기만으로 이 영화가 감동적이었을까? 결단코 거기에는 불가능이란 없다는 신념으로 똘돌 뭉친 한 사람의 집념과 어처구니 없게도 그 당사자가 알츠하이머 병이라는 기억력 상실증에 걸리게 됨으로서 극의 감동 곡선을 배로 한것이 아닌가 생각된다. 결국 전반부의 선생과 제자의 위치가 후반부에서의 이끌고 이끌림을 당하는 반대의 입장이 됨으로서 관객들에게 그 파급의 효과를 크게 만들었다는 것인데...
이 영화는 주옥같은 명대사만으로도 이 영화의 내용과 감독의 전하는 바를 단적으로 표현할수 있는 케이스라고 보아지는데...

이루 셀수없는 명대사들.. 단순히 영화속에서만이 아니라 우리 인생에서 필요한 단어들로 점철되어 있는 이 영화.. 블랙...
아이들은 이 영화를 어떻게 보았을까?
15살 먹은 큰 아이가 다음과 같이 지 아비의 강요(?)에 굴복하여 Review씀을 당했다.
The movie black, I wondered and think deeply about this movie. Teacher, Sahara and a student who can’t see or hear anything was trapped in dark, her name is Michele. She was daft and blind when she was born. Her mother and father were hardly stressful about Michele. His dad wanted to sent her to sanatorium, I don’t get it why is he doesn’t know anything about her feelings and he doesn’t know her heart was in pain too. Her mother called the teacher who was like a ruffian. However, he thought her strictness and make away from her mom.
Finally, a girl who doesn’t how to eat the food with spoon has successfully made it. But this was just a beginning, she needs to know the words and meanings, it was laborious. She can actually with people with hands to mouth and on ly teacher and mom can do it. Several years had passed and she became an adult. She got into university and studied with her teacher Sahara. He was always with her and translates for her what teacher and friend said. She knew the words but can’t type fast and she was too slow. on e day, Michele was angry with Sahara because he made her pride impaired and sweeping the paper and shout and she suddenly typing something and it was amazingly quick. Sixty words in two minutes, I was shocked and I can also see that my brother was also shocked with her.
Michele got a sister, she was jealous of her sister because every time when she does something, everyone clapped and applause for her. The day when two families got into chat in Michele’s house about Sara’s wedding. Sara wants to talk about his feelings about her families to the audience. She said truthful about her family especially her sister. She knew that she was jealous with her sister and hated her but she can’t do anything with her because she was her sister. Her sister stands up and shouts at her. I thought she was angry with her little sister but she also wants to apologize to her. It was strange, if I were her, I just slapped her just like I hit my little brother. That scene was touched to me.
Mr. Sahara suddenly got in to disease that can’t remember anything about past. Michele wanted to see him and wanted to teach him just as what he did to her in past. He remembers the words “water” with his student. In past, Sahara told Michele’s mom that “there is a hope that can people make it and no such thing as impossible.”
아이의 눈에도 결국 영화속 불가능이라고 하는 이 고약한 놈의 처리가 자연스럽게 영화에 녹아들어가 감동의 효과 혹은 필을 느끼게 해주는 중요한 매개체임을 알게 해주는 것인데.. 너무나 쉬워 보이는 이 영화의 구조때문에 행여 이 영화를 폄하하는 일이 없기를...
