I purchased DS218+ through original route named "Çǽõð·ºÆ®(pc direct)".
 
official importer where I purchased my product say that
 
"your product have 3year warranty. so we support two way freight, duties, taxes and brokerage fee abuot RMA.
 
but you will pay refair fees.
 
we don't know repair fees. but Synology head office knows repair fees"
 
so i send email to you, because i am wondering cost to repair. 
 
 
i want to know approximately cost to repair.

Actually, no repair fees.
If you would like to contact us for RMA service directly to get a replacement unit, please note that you are possible to be charged all the fees that including two way freight, duties, taxes and brokerage fee.
Then, please transfer the return freight via PayPal in advance. (USD$46 for Hong Kong&Macau¡¢USD$54 for Asia¡¢USD$84 for Oceania)
Here¡¯s the instruction of payment transfer to Synology for your reference.
Finally, please reply the shipping information in the following format after the transaction.
