the issue cause by nas attacked by malware, please try steps bellow to remove it
1. clean malware
Connect the NAS by SSH port 22, login as admin password admin

download here http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/putty.exe
(you can right click you mouse to paste commands in putty)
run commands bellow
# curl http://download.qnap.com/Storage/tsd/utility/dropkick.sh | sh
2. open web admin page>control panel>system>general setting>"check" force secure connection (https) only
3. the official fix version should be release next week

나름 보안에 신경쓴다고 생각했는데 골고루 다 감염되어 있었네요. ㅠ
부끄럽습니다. 해결책 나올때까지 https만 열어두고 포트포워딩도 막아두었습니다.
file station은 정상으로 돌아왔네요
admin 권한가진 지워지지 않는 guest 유저도 없어졌네요.
qnap 내장 바이러스 백신 돌려보니 꽤 많이 나옵니다.
부끄럽지만 download station 쓰실때
얕옹 폴더에 딸려오는 곁가지 파일들 조심하세요. 바이러스 장난 없습니다.
