얼마전 해뽐에 뜬 이베이 발 다이슨v7을 구매했는데요( 셀러는 다이슨아울렛 입니다.)
배대지(고배송)에서 연락이 와서 포장이 파손되고 부품이 몇개 분실된 채로 도착했다고 사진을 보내줬습니다..
바로 이베이에서 리턴요청 하고 환불보다는 새제품으로 보내주길 바란다고 메세지를 남겼는데
다음과 같은 답장이 왔습니다.
Hello, Thank you for your email. We see you used a mail/freight forwarder to ship your item. Using a mail forwarder means the package is handled and received by many different entities prior to the person who ordered the package receiving it. The package goes through customs and is opened by the receiving company, and it is packed and shipped internationally which is not within our control, thus voiding any warranty. Please contact your seller/mail forwarding company for assistance. We are not responsible for their error, and we are covered by eBay's seller protections against freight forwarding buyers, as that is a violation of the "buy it now" policy. 라고 하는거 같은데 어떻게 해야 할까요?
오랜만에 직구를 했더니 이런일도 있군요ㅠㅠ
다이슨 오피셜이고 믿을만한줄 알았더니 아마존 하고는 다르네요ㅠㅠ
