제가 레이저 공홈에서 충전독을 구입했는데 초기불량이라 교환을 받을려고 문의하니깐 답변이 왔는데요

For your kind information, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to ship the defective unit to our warehouse which the cost will be covered by us. Once the defective unit is received by our warehouse, the replacement unit will be shipped to your residential address. Just to reconfirm, could you help me fill in the address that you would like to proceed with according to the format below:

Firstly, the defective device should be sent to us first using the prepaid shipping label given by us. Secondly, you may use any box that keeps the device safe thought the shipping process. We will provide you with a FedEx prepaid shipping label. Besides that, you may print the prepaid shipping label and use to send the defective device.
Just to reconfirm, could you help me fill in the address that you would like to proceed with according to the format below:

대충 이런거 같은데요
1.제가 저 라벨을 받으면 그걸 인쇄해서 박스에 첨부하고 페덱스쪽에 연락해서 제가 직접 물건을 보내는 방식인거죠?
2.선불이라는 거 보니 배송비를 제가 부담하는거 같은데 나중에 국내및 해외 배송비를 돌려받을수 있는지 여부는
레이저쪽에 문의하고 확실한 답변을 받아야지 진행시켜야 하는게 좋겠죠?
3.배터리가 포함된 제품인데 페덱스에 보내도 상관없나요? 해외 직구제품은 배터리 포함되어있으면 무슨 이것저것
서류같은거 작성하고 배송비용도 많이 나온다고 줏어 들었거든요
제가 해외 직구한제품을 처음 a/s보내는 완전 초보라 ㅠㅠ
