Please be advised that from your previous email it is not clear which payment option you prefer, therefore we are sending you reissue request where there is 4 payment options, please select one of these four.
As soon as you will send us payment option, we will reissue your Refund, DOC ID: (영수증번호인듯) issued by Prada.
Also please note that we were searching for the records of your Shopping made in OFFICINA PROFUMO FARMACEUTICA, however
we could not find the records as the Shop does not have any record on the day you were shopping. Please contact the Retailer via email or phone and they will be able to provide you with DOC ID number of the form.

이탈리아 갔다가 오면서 택스리펀에 정보적는걸 깜빡해서 문의했더니
카드번호랑 영수증정보달래서 줬더니 저렇게 답변이 왔어요...
제가 체크카드로 결제를해서 그런경우는 현금으로 준다기에 그렇게 적었었는데
또 무슨 4가지중에 하나를 선택하라는지 ㅠㅠ
아무튼 지금 프라다에 연락을해서 뭘 확인하라는거같긴한데
정확히 어떻게 뭘 확인해야할지..
프라다에도 메일로 확인을 해야할거같은데
뭐라고 메일을 보내면될지 ㅠㅠ
